I initially posted that I was in favor of waiting to have a new Markman hearing next March because I believed that it would make our case stronger. It still may, but when would we get that decision, Sept. 2014? Whenever you are at the mercy of the courts the decision can go against you, and at the very least, it can take a long time for them to get it right.
