I have stated many times that most laws in this country are based on OPINIONS and most do not follow the letter of the law. All one has to do is look at what the Supreme Court does and how most dewcisions are not unaminous. Our hope here with this judge is that he will offer his opinion and it is somewhat tilted towards EDIG. We will be screwed if he is an investor in Apple or knows someone that is.

As farc as Nunchi is concerned that might be a little to futuristic and needs more developement or that its easy to work around it and some have already indicated. Patents today mean nothing unless your a real big company and have the weight to push it along. The fact that they have admitted to their theft and still nothing has happened to them is an idication that the little guy like EDIG always has the fight of their life even when they are in the right. Bue we still live in hopes that we can prevail although it seems to be on the wane. This is our last shot, after this we will be back to the drawing board and wishful thinking.
