The single largest fiduciary responsibility of the management and the BOD of a publicly traded company is the creation of sustainable increased shareholder value.

Increased EDIG value was created with the USPTO affirmation of Edig's patents, value was also created with the presumed cash flow that has been generated with current and future settlements or judgements and presumably value has been created with NUNCHI's patents.

So, perhaps the BOD will determine that reasonably, they've done what they can do and it's time to seek a transition.

Hard to tell what that could mean for shareholders. It's hard to guess what level of value has been achieved.

However, it's not a strech to presume there's more EDIG value today that at most anytime in the recent years.
