I do not believe that it could be Nunchi because it says that the patents expire in 2025 and aren't they usually 20 years also it states that their are currently 18 licensees under contract and I do not believe that to be true. Are there not though 18 flash patent licensees? As part of the settlement/ENE process could this be an attempt at valuing just the flash portfolio? But I thought that the flash patents expired between 2014 and 2016, but there is a time after expiration in which license fees can be charged I believe. Thoughts?
