I read that part a little differently--..............."on a partial contigent fee basis. The Company WILL pay a monthly retainer fee of $30,000 creditable against future contingency recoveries. Handal has agreed to advance related expenses excluding experts and prior art search firms." I read this as we ARE paying $30,000 per month up front, but when it comes time for Handal to get their agreed upon percentage of the settlement monies, we can subract all those $30,000 payments from the amount that they then receive? Doesn't really matter unless we run out of money--LOL.
