As we know from past experience with our patent re exams non final rejections sometimes get final rejections and sometimes get approvals. Could QCOM be waiting to see what happens with their own platform patents before inking a deal with Edig? Say their platform is good but Nunchi is better--their platform gets approved because it is enough different--theirs is free and Nunchi will cost them--do they go with their inferior platform? Obviously, if their platform gets a final rejection because it would infringe on what we already have patented then they come to us with hat in hand. Not to say that QCOM is the only company that we can sell/license Nunchi to, but they seem to be a logical player. Any thoughts?
