I refer you to the difference in the two as descibed in the trademarks.

Gimbal is task specific, NUNCHI is the whole enchilada.

Take geofencing for example, Gimbal has it, TextOnHold has it, so does NUNCHI, however; NUNCHI does something with location information, a break in one's routine, to offer safety. Just one of many differences as to how NUNCHI tech takes it to the next level.
