Hell, for all we know it was orchestrated....I note details of defendant attorney involved in the two cases.

With that, HTC initiated some of the situation settled with a license. What would their gain be for initiating the re-exam process? And they did it, because their counsel filed the paper work.

Only thing that comes to my mind for doing it, they did it for protection against possible future events, 'so let's challenge the foundation'.
