PS: I can only imagine the stock price if, for the next 12-18 months, we are sitting idle awaiting the reexam conclusion. Granted we should have more cash on hand, no debt and a low burn rate but that is not a pps driver apparently.

Unless they have a Nunchi up their sleeve, and they just might, I see little if any upside pressure, given that scenario.

However, a round three announcement on the heels of a successfully concluded round 2, with 40-60 infringers sure would light up the sky with anticipation of significant settlement revenues on a semi consistent basis over the next 18 months.

Am I missing something? What is the advantage of waiting for the reexam to conclude prior to filing round 3 ?
