I agree and have stated that the DM decision is a good one. I'll never kn ow the answers, but seek answers from those that had opinions.

I'm probably wrong, but think that DM will wait to file until the reexam is complete.

I would prefer to see filings against Apple, and maybe 1 or 2 other biggies. If we get favorable rulings against the giants, the rest of the 150 will fall quickly, and we would achieve substantial revenues from those few.
