Perhaps they recognize there is no need to risk it all when you can go after 150 more infringers and make $150 million gross while ramping up the game just by playing it the same way.

Might we see a 50-70 member infringers list next or will they wait for the reexam before extracting their next payment?

What is better, netting a sure thing over the next two year window or making this a much longer process with no guarantee but with perhaps a bigger payday?

Tough call.

Strategy strategy....given the world economy, EDIG taking down $75 million over the next 2-3 years might not be a bad way to go. Then, on the other hand, it would be nice to have Apple alone write us a check for that amount.
