As stated by many this judge made no decision. If there was a decision then why wait 30 days. Some stated that the 30 days was so that edig and those that were being sued can come to terms or settlement. I thought thas was what Markman was all about.

So now the Philips case comes up. She was involved with this case. From what I understand her decision was reverse. Here she made no decision. The reason some say is, that she gives both parties 30 days to work something out. Like what??

If they did not infringe according to her then what is to work out.

Our problem is though that we are going to wait for Fred to speak up and that won't happen. Or DM to clearify the issue, but that will be made to Fred who does not inform us in any detail.

So whats on the horizon for those of us that are long term? More of the same carp we had to put up with . The spin miesters of course can make anything sound great but here this is going to take a little longer.

So now lets see what the next 30 days produce.
