Keep in mind that whatever is on target for this calendar year, it is expected to attract SIGNIFICANT NEW investment interest. That's not the Markman and not a settlement, since the timing cannot be predicted.

Most likely the new technologies, with Nunally's help, are involved with some SIGNIFICANT relationship....that would be something to attract new interest.

To me that means a pps well north of .25.

When you're sitting at .09, .25 seems like a big move, but when SIGNIFICANT events happen and the paradigm shift kicks in, in light of a game changing event, all bets are off.

"EDIG 2011" will be perceived quite differently than "EDIG of 2010", imo.
