The possibilities are endless but I continue to rack my brain regarding what could give them the lead time to have the confidence to expect significant new investment this quarter.

Looking back at the comments regarding being approached by companies without having to sue them, Cocumelli's comments and the timing of such news PRIOR TO any Markman results and the picture begins to crystalize.

Then there are Nunally's efforts on the new technology front and the new patents...all viable options for significant new investment in EDIG.
