That's the indicators/similarities, right?

At this point, we have no idea of the remaining 150+, when they are filed against we will know the names as I see it.

With a favorable Markman, the wait will be shorter than originally planned, we are 2 1/2 years into the 6 year plan.

I'm now thinking in the 4 year range, no more than 5.
