propel and surge share price drastically "

1) Settlements announcements

2) eVU sales announcements

3) more law suits filed

4) targeted PR efforts increasing exposure

5) guidance for 3rd straight record year in revenues and profits

6) guidance for next year's growth

And I like the Markman clarity and Apple, my favorite infringer, being a likely tier 2 candidate
