Consider that this was released about an hour prior to the close via a chatroom that follows the pacer filing releases hourly.

Those with this knowledge prior to any formal PRs are really the insiders. No one outside of the EDIG world has a clue yet.

But go back and consider that the VP, RP, was a buyer last year and the Polis group had increased their stake to 25 million shares and made the public disclosure and then took a board position.

DM gets on board and the settlements began to flow last year, well ahead of most expectations.

There are several "in the know" sources saying a lot by their actions and results are now surfacing.
