I was very surprised to see Samsung settle. My only cynical reservation is that if it was for a very high reward for edigital the stock price would have gone much higher on higher volume just due to the cynical notion that there is always some insider trading among those in the know. The final terms have not been set but I am sure there is a pretty good idea as to the terms for the parties to reach the preliminary agreement. The settlement definitely makes things interesting though.
