The above being the case to which you think it is, I'm just wondering why you have such a problem with this. No one does anything for nothing. What you have to do is ask why the testing is being done in the first place and why are both the US and Canadian gov't interested. Finally, do you keep up your "tennis" game because you just have a need to be right or are you paid for your contrary arguments?
