Spider Resources

I could have placed tender on a "best efforts" basis with my broker as I missed their cut off time of 2:00 today, instead I chose to call geogeson first. I spoke with 2 different reps from Georgeson as I wanted to be clear on what they were telling me. They both basically said the same thing....seemed scripted. They both explained that because of the holiday in the US and because spider accepted the offer so late Friday that "most likely" the offer would be extended and that news should be out in the next 2 days. Thought I would mention this for those who may have also missed the deadline to tender.

I am gambling on that extra .05 cents and no commision charges....lets see what happens
