In my conversation with the TD rep., he said if I held my shares and Cliffs did not get the required shares thus defeating the offer, I would still own my shares. He did say that Cliffs could extend the offer and hope to get more. They also have other options like more money?????? I think the deal is going to pass so I have to respond to that event happening.
