You can add my 92,000 shares to the list....there also was a similar "list" being tallied on SH....have you kept track of this as well.

It may just be me, but it looks like cliffs is proposing their road to be build on kwg owned land. Anyone else think the same?? Interesting isn't it

Is it not safe to say for a road or rail plan KWG has the best route? Does KWG's value in staking the esker change because they plan a road vs a rail?

I would assume because it's the most feasible route, some would argu the only route, that no matter what way the government/cliffs/natives decide to go (rail or road) we are still a takeover target because we own the best possible route for either transportation and not to mention 28% of BD and CC/DDI

same happened to me. I called my broker Monday after the first tender deadline and tendered on a best efforts basis. (monday at 2:00 was my brokers cut off time)

I just called them again today assuming that because the tender deadline was pushed to the 16th that my original tender vote would now be filled. My broker explained that the best efforts tender vote was rejected on Monday and that I needed to vote again today. I did re-tender today but if I had not called my shares would not have been tendered. I had to re-vote for the new tender deadline, the original instructions did not carry forward to the extended date.
