I just got off the phone with a TD rep. I asked to tender my shares. He told me that ended yesterday. I told him I thought it was tomorrow, but e said no..........

" The bid for Spider expires July 6 but could be extended. " I copied this from the Cliffs offer and supports my opinion. I would like someone who has experience with something like this to offer an opinion. I intend to call back now that I have checked dates. On my first call I did not want to challenge him too strongly before I rechecked what I thought. You opinion would be appreciated.
