I think we need Mr Novak to respond to this formal offer. Lets see, the first offer was over our a long weekend with an actioned response required by Monday with limited access to all board members. Now the formal offer set to expire in advance of Mr Novak's next board meeting set for July 8, 2010. Cliffs is good at getting what they want. SP crashes in advance of the special meeting....deal is of the table...what is the reason for the "special" board meeting as assigned by Mr Novak. Not a lot of time before July 6th...coming very fast. Opionion anyone?
