I don't think Allen Simon did anything wrong....he just didn't pull the trigger as he said he was going to. I think AZ got to him...as AZ got to Omni ..JHMO!!!

I believe this is why the new players in town, THE MASKED RIDERS are being kept a hush hush secret even from Allen Simon and the rest of us until PQ and the BOD are ready to give up their secret in August as suggested in the last PR's.

As far as I have read.... SFMI/GHDC don't really need AS money. It doesn't mean they won't welcome it in the future. JMHO!!

Anyone attending the GHDC ASM in September. I won't be there but hopefully someone can get a video of the event and we can play it for shareholders here. GHDC/SFMI are married at the hip.
