My original numbers were correct. The assays you see for the mill feed are the real gold content, averaging around 5 g/t. At the 20% mill efficiency, they remove about ~1 g/t leaving ~4 g/t. Do the math on the value they are quoting for the 30k tons and you'll see. 30k tons at 4 g/t is about 4000 oz, which at $1600 gold is ~$6.4M, about what they are claiming. So that 30k tons of partially depleted ore is about 4g/t, not 20. Processing this ore will certainly save by not having to truck new ore, and should process faster since it is already milled to a fairly small size (though I get the impression it requires more milling). There's a good chance that the savings will make up for the fact that this ore has already had ~20% of the gold removed. But the ore does not contain anywhere near 20g/t.
