Silver Falcon Mining

Welcome to the Silver Falcon Mining HUB on AGORACOM (Edit this Message from the "Fast Facts" Section)

Nice update, and good news on the permit.

Sounds like they need more work on the Sinker. An earlier PR had mentioned how far rock bolting had advanced, which was obviously not nearly the whole length. There was some speculation that maybe it had only been bolted as far as the targets identifed by RS. But it appears more bolting is required. That will take a while, depending on how much more they have to do. A good question for the SHM.

Also, as I've pointed out a few times, once they get the flotation system in, and start redoing the 30k tons of previously processed ore, it will mean not being able to process new ore during that time. Since they won't be bringing any new ore down for the winter, they obviously think it will take at least until next spring, maybe longer to reprocess the ore. Remember it took two years to process that amount the first time. Hopefully this will go faster than the original processing since the ore is already ground pretty well. But it also means that they will be running partially depleted stuff (~4g/t?) with ~20% of the gold removed rather than the original (~5g/t?). Maybe less time will be required and make up for the lower grade.
