We need be contacting RK to find out WHY they are unable to furnish specific pledged or incremental amounts at this time....in other words, the terms and amounts of " initial injections of capital". There is obviously something preventing that...and it could be a positive, not a negative.

This PR specifies a "consortium of institutional investors" which would be different from the infusion mentioned last week in that filing.

There has been strong speculation of $3-4 million pledged...possibly in increments as needed, and this could well be the case, but grapevine stuff is not a pess releases .

This is again an example of the aggrevating aspet with SFMI PRs......and these are possibly insufficient details to push this thing into a sustainable higher grear at this time because so many are sensitive to this aspect.......pic
