Talked with RK briefly...I asked where is the meat?

Basically he said...we need about $3million to get the drilling up and going. They don't want to use shares to pay for drilling. They have contractor in place ready to go....once money is secured, contractor is secured to drill without layoffs. Depending on season will determine where they drill.

My question: Are they trading shares for cash for the "consortium of institutional investors" ?
