Silver Falcon Mining

My first post: I am long a respectable # of shares, but I am spooked by reports (on other sites) of structures that render shareholder values worthless. Has anyone waded through all that stuff to refute the speculation that any gain will end up in mngmnt pockets, and shareholders get zilch?
