Good post. I agree that forward sales to fund the mill is a good idea. There are probably lots of people out there willing to pay $10 now for an ounce of silver later. Any loss in such a hedging program is miniscule compared to the value of getting the mill up and running- and the amount of silver (~100k oz) required should be a drop in the bucket compared to what will eventually be produced.
