Ceo has also consistently missed production targets that were self imposed. Has still not listed the company on the TSX. Anyone remember when we became Canada's newest gold producer? August 2006 I believe. Those weren't even clues but stated in NR's. And asked a direct question he was still deceptive. So what's your point about clues?

Since your assessment of the situation is so astute I have to wonder why you didn't grace us with your knowledge prior to the financing if these clues were so blatantly obvious as to the timing and amount of the offering? Everyone looks smart with retrospective analysis.

What was our Ceo's comment about this board? Boiled down to irrelavant if I recall correctly. Hmmmmm, just shareholders here, dear ceo, just shareholders.
