This is all hypothetical, solely for conversation and not factual in anyway but based on the little analogy... the question which has been asked is:

"What is in it for Farm A - lets use RVX as an example"?

IMHO

Answer" The sale of the company where RVX shareholders "should" profit greatly.

We need to remember that the majority of holders - hold both companies, so

that would leave ...RVX shareholders getting their reward, and the majority (including the people who pull the strings and have the power) receiving a greater prize with Farm B - Zenith.

Just my opinion but if I was a CEO looking to provide greater benefit to the Majority of holders, I may contemplate such action.
