All they are obligated to do for singular or plural is to publicize when insiders exercise RSU/ Options..and that's it. Why insiders do it becomes a personal issue. With respect to interpreting codes used for each transaction for the individual insider transaction, I suppose your broker can provide a clear understanding of it, other than what Led has already stated in that regard.......JMO.
