A quick question as to carrying into the next CKD trial. Do we have to perform a Phase ll trial and then follow up into a Phase lll or is it possible to combine the trials? Something seems to tell me from the past that we might be able to skip a grade so to speak!

There should be ample data on the safety of 208 by then one would think.

Also, if a share price of say $4.00 comes to fruition before August one might surmise DM could have a stacked hand in negotiating with KD and HL. I am crossing my fingers.

This news release makes for optimistic support for a much higher share price over the next 2 quarters. jmo

,,hummm.........I have always held the perspective that we and others are trying to get an epigenetic drug to markt here...any one will do,,,,in fact any one involved in this area of science,,,even a competitor,,!!,,,I feel that the proof will be in the pudding from any sucess, which will give value to all research companies involved in this field,,,especially our beloved 208. The field we are in is cutting edge so pessimisim surrounds us and all doing this research.

And as far as our stagnated share price,,sideliners are probably taking no risk with the high possibility of an ugly dilution come August. jmo

fouremm,,,,,,,,,,,,,it came up as a hit when surfing the Caymen summit,,,,,I cant find any other connection to KD other than both entities originated out of Michigan which seemed odd.  As you say the timing of the establishment of the Cayman Chemical venture seems to predate KDs interest out of the Cayman Islands,,,,,,I also noticed that CC is a joint venturist in ACF Pharma which is in research of small molecule inhibitors for the treatment of inflamation induced cancers,,,,,,,it all seems to add up to KD and his quest for eternal life...........CC is a private company so little is available even on here...........jmo

someconcerns,,,,as tada mentioned 208 is available for research purposes only with other entities at the moment.......my point in the earlier post is that 208 is for sale through a KD enterprise from what I can find here.

I dont see where KD would have the inability to market this drug through RVX licensing agreements or other specific deals going forward........I think we have to ask ourselves what input HL might have if/when we do go commercial? HL is here for a reason cuz they do produce and distribute FDA drugs both for local and overseas markets.

So what is missing within the present insiders ability to market 208. Perhaps I am naive but I see billionaires with bascially unlimited resources when it comes to making more money. And if we actually are a block buster I again assume they will not bow out early but look for every opportunity to get as much of the pie as possible with their present resources. jmo
