 Mika is no longer BoD-member and CEO, he owns a neglectible numer of shares /warrants (cfr. page 6 sec filing, ) his dismissal took place / was effective Nov,3. At the agm they have to decide upon a reverse split. 

According to the RNVA proxy he resigned one day after he was appointed as POET’s CFO.

(8) Mr. Mika has currently exercisable options to purchase 206,769 shares of common stock. Mr. Mika resigned as Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors effective November 3, 2016.
