Combining two companies that need a massive rollback to either attain or maintain a big boy listing? I wouldn't touch that with a 39-and-a-half-foot pole. Or, I wouldn't hold much longer than the IPO at least. Positive news grows stocks, not dirty financial tricks. Period.
