RF has represented previous companies where Mika has been a CFO.
And yes the belief is that Mika has had more public market experience than the rest of our mgmt combined. The problem with that is our new public market guru has a terrible track record of financings where shareholder have been wiped out.
I do not believe there is any connection between Renova and Poet. Simply Mika needed a job, we needed a CFO for reporting and to manage our funds and that's it.
What a disaster 2016 has been even with the small wins. Hopefully in 2017 we get a technical update confirming the POET tech is commercially viable.
