Absolutely Rainer. The epiwafer supply issue being resolved was definitely the single most important information I was looking for. I am a little surprised by the amount of cash they have in the bank (roughly US $20 million?). So the supply issue was resolved and they are investing in additional supply/development sources.
As a direct result of the capital raise, we are now able to pursue parallel development paths for our VCSEL design and validation and have taken meaningful steps to accelerate our cycles of learning. Furthermore, we are making selective investments in capital equipment as well as other key capabilities to give us greater control over some of the most time-sensitive aspects of the technology development process.
