It's truly staggering, mind boggling what they have done. For proceeds of 12.5 million dollars, they will have issued a total of almost 70 million shares when/if the warrants are exercised. If you average the shares issued @ .36c and the warrants @.52c, it comes to an average of .44c. That of course assumes that all the warrants will one day be redeemed into shares. The warrant holder has 5 years to hope the stock price gets to more than .52 cents before he is "in the money". Long time shareholders will be hoping they can cash in their warrants of course.
I don't know if the warrants will be seperately traded? I don't think so.
