What's really upsetting to me is that they know they have a very LARGE loyal base of shareholders here at agora. They could have done a rights issue with us the present shareholders. They could have saved so much money. First of all no warrants (that's a big saving in itself) and I bet most here would be willing to exercise their rights at say 60 cents. I cannot remember but don't we have around 50 million shares in our group here? If everyone exercised half of their rights that would have given PTK $15,000,000 and only added 25,000,000 shares at the 60 cents. And that's only us.
Of course they have to do a "rights" issue with all shareholders but same thing applies. Just change the number to suit such as one right for every 10 shares owned or whatever.
A no brainer. So sad. Someone like Mike White should know about such things.
