As Chris Chu told me when his contract was dropped and RF was appointed. You get what you pay for. And I think he was right. For the longest time as many here will recall none of us could even reach Robert Ferri...due to incorrect contact information. Chris was very critical of the roadshow.
Let us hope that as stated in the news release:
"The appointment of Shelton Group marks the next phase in Poet's goal to establish itself as a profitable growth company, leveraging its unrivaled intellectual property in integrated opto-electronics technology,"
That being said CC also commented that on the plus side the hire of RF was truly an indication of POET becoming a Silicon Valley company.
I would suggest that RF had a difficult job because of the stage POET was in. This new company has much more to work with as POET matures into as Suresh puts it ...a profitable growth company.
