As someone who is consistently in the top 3 position of previous retail shareholder polls, I will be voting no to the proposal until i have a good idea of how they are going to use the options. I too am tired of dilution.

If they bring in top notch NEW talent with this currency that will take this company to the next level and beyond - faster (big time names/deals)...then i may reconsider.

Shareholder value is and always should be #1.
