In order to also say something in the options debate, I am assuming that management haven't given much thought to the options issue at all. While they are focusing on business development, they more or less shelved any stock-related issues. Regarding the options, I believe they simply followed standard procedures, which in this case means filling up the pot to those infamous 20 percent as usual, and that's it.
