Moska: If POET is wildly successful over the next 5 years, do you think that they might consider acquiring their own fab?

I don't think so. Do ARM or Qualcomm have theirs own fabs? POET Technologies has made it very clear to go with the fabless model (ARM model), i.e. develop IP and license that to customers in order to make them successful.
