IMHO that's what his 2million options and half million dollar salary was supposed to incentivize- that's his (part time) job after all - if indeed it was he who negotiated the synopsis agreement(whatever that turns out to be). The share price has plummeted some 30-40% since he has been on board- which IMHO needs no further "rewarding" -further diluting the company out from under the retail holders at ever cheaper prices. Had he actually purchased 200,000 shares in the open market - as first reported - I was ready to buy back my trading position.
