the PRs send some signals that the investment community could easily interpret that $$$ is further off into the future. Some of the wording (ie "now") implies that there may not have been sufficient/appropriate resources in place. The PRs seem to send the investors an ambigupus message. although there is good news there is lack of clarity around when POET expects the 3rd party work to be completed (3 months, 6 months even something like - by end of 2014 or mid 2015 would have helped).
