" The PET/PDK is scheduled to be available at the end of Q4 2014 and will allow POET to provide detailed design information to industry fab partners and customers. This will enable pre-semiconductor design evaluation to integrate optical, analog and digital functions together."
However, I should add that designing software to produce a kit for microprocessor fabriacation is no easy task and will almost certainly be subject to redesign and variability. To give an accurate forecast now would be considered creating hostages to good fortune. So the news release covers itself with this type of language.
