Thanks Rainer, I suspect those demons will be paraded en masse once we actually achieve success, and they may scare some, but there have to be some legitimate technical concerns, even at improbably low levels of likelihood, that remain. I really haven't heard them, but at this point the last great hurdle is commercial validation and I would like to know as well as I am capable what these final challenges may be. Any foundry engineering types out there?
