There are other benefits of having a "Reverse Split" ace up the sleeve.

But first foxtec - you made a very valid comment on "Cleaning the share structure".

Should the "shorts" as a % of float get too high, the company can execute a reverse split which will "call in" all the shorts and "clean the stock".

That was a very valid point you made.

Another benefit - imagine if the SP does increase enough to trigger the NASDAQ entry requirement, but then there was a massive market correction or crash ... an event that would be outside the control of everyone. Just as PTI is on the knife edge of up-listing, global market forces push the SP down. In that event a reverse split could be activated and preserve the NASDAQ up-listing.

Another consideration is that we know that members of the BoD have spent a lot of time meeting with major Global and US investment firms. We are advised that the feedback is very positive. We are also aware that many major Global and US investment firms cannot buy positions in companies on the venture. PTI must get onto a major trading board where the major liquidity (money flow) is. Furthermore, many of these major investment firms have minimum SP trigger points, even when a NASDAQ stock. Some firms require just a NSADAQ listing to engage, some require a $5 minimum SP, some a $10 minimum SP.

So also consider that the company may well be aware of significant investor interest but those parties can only engage at much higher SP levels in conjunction with a NASDAQ listing. A tactical reverse split could open up the gates to huge liquidity in-flow, which is something we would all be delighted about.

The BoD have done an outstanding job to date, not necessarily on our preferred timelines, but outstanding nevertheless.

Therefore I trust that the reverse split tool is something that the BoD will use, if necessary, to maximise shareholder value.

Ultimately the BoD want to make a stack of money for themselves and, in turn, all shareholders. Does anyone really believe differently ???

The BoD will therefore do what is sensible and necessary to make that come true.
